سياسة الشحن والاسترجاع
يحق للعميل فتح وفحص الشحنة عند الاستلام أمام المندوب مع عدم وجود تجربة●
يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الأوردر●
أي منتج يظهر عليه علامات استخدام أو تلف لن يتم قبول المرتجع●
نحتفظ بحق رفض أي طلب لا يفي بالشروط●
Instapay أو Vodafone Cash يتم استرداد المبلغ في حالة الاسترجاع من ●
خلال 5–7 أيام بعد استلام الأوردر من شركة الشحن.

في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يتم احتساب رسوم إضافية قدرها 15 جنيهًا فوق سعر الشحن الأساسى

Shipping & Return Policy
● Customers can inspect the package upon delivery.
● Exchange or return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
● Items must be unused and in their original condition.
● We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet our policy.
● Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via Instapay or Vodafone Cash within 5–7 business days after the returned order is received at our warehouse.
● In case of exchange or return, an additional fee of EGP 15 will be charged on top of the original shipping cost.
● Please note that if an order is confirmed but not received, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost.
